Job Opportunity : CTO We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader who can transform our technically strong but maturing organization into a disciplined, data-driven, and performance-oriented operation. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with behavioral maturity, earning the trust of our leaders through credibility and influence rather than hierarchy. We require a technology leader with experience leading teams of ~50 people, preferably in SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial software environments. A proven track record of delivering transformation programs, such as modernization, architecture redesign, or scalability initiatives, is essential. Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework, .NET 6 / 7, C#, SQL / Oracle) and infrastructure (on-premises and private cloud) is necessary. This role involves orchestrating transformation across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will guide a complex technology stack, ensuring reliability and compliance in a regulated fintech environment where uptime equals reputation. They will also act as a cultural catalyst, fostering engagement, ownership, and process discipline within our Southern Brazilian engineering-driven culture. We are looking for a team player who can build cohesion and leadership depth, aligning four technical verticals into one cohesive, high-performing structure. The candidate must be able to sustain high performance and growth, enabling technology to support our business plan to double revenues in the next three years while maintaining profitability and quality. Required skills include ownership & accountability, transparent & courageous communication, learning agility & adaptability, executive presence with simplicity, and collaborative influence. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or executive education is a plus. Advanced English language skills are necessary for interaction with our international leadership environment.
