Marketing at TRACTIAN:

The Marketing team crafts the narrative, defines messaging and positioning, and translates our groundbreaking products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our cross-functional team, spanning Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Growth, Branding, and Events, is dedicated to acquiring new customers and deeply understanding our business. We collaborate closely with various teams to help our clients reach their full potential.

What you'll do:

As our Content Manager, you'll drive our regional content strategy from planning to execution. This includes managing our editorial calendar, optimizing performance across channels, and aligning with business goals. You'll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to create impactful content supporting inbound acquisition, ABM campaigns, and customer education.

This role combines editorial excellence, technical affinity, and a performance mindset, making it ideal for a hands-on and strategic professional.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the content calendar for Brazil across blogs, landing pages, partner media, newsletters, and outbound campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-performing content assets supporting awareness, education, and conversion.
  • Lead localization and adaptation of content created by US and MX teams, ensuring cultural and technical relevance.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to produce BOFU assets like comparison pages, case studies, and playbooks.
  • Support ABM and demand generation with tailored content for target accounts.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics for future optimization.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners to scale output without quality loss.
  • Partner with SEO team to ensure content supports growth strategies and keyword opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing B2B content, preferably in SaaS or industrial tech.
  • Proven ability to lead editorial planning and coordinate workflows across teams.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially in simplifying technical topics.
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring content impact on traffic, leads, and pipeline.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and deadline-oriented.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
