
Portfolio Development Executive

As part of the South America organization, a MOM domain PfD must assist in driving the pipeline creation across all portfolios of solutions through the identification of specific target accounts in key industries and work closely with Sales and Industry Portfolio Development Executives to support the industry and portfolio strategy.
To achieve success, an MOM domain PfD will be responsible to build and maintain a Domain business plan that is aligned with the Industries PfD plans and the strategy of Sales Leadership for the key target industries.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel and Portfolio Development teams on account and territory planning
- Ensure Sales and the Industry Portfolio Developments are aware of the relevant Go-To-Market campaigns in execution.
- Drive strategic business conversations with the key customer's representatives using a value-oriented approach to articulate Siemens' value proposition and be considered a trusted advisor in the MOM and Digital Manufacturing area
- Be able to express the company's business value in non-technical terms (then if required, at a more technical level)
- Ability to identify business needs conducting customer assessment and develop impactful value proposition related to the broad industry digitalization portfolio of software.
- Drive campaign/initiative/industry execution with Industry, Marketing and Sales teams in alignment with the region strategy consistently supporting the business development of the portfolio ensuring the growth targets are met.
- Deliver campaign and initiative materials to prospects and customers tailoring the message as required.
- Promote and articulate Industry specific Digital Threads related to Digital Manufacturing as part of Siemens Xcelerator messaging, properly positioning the value of the complete end-to-end digitalization to the customers, including the integration with other key portfolios like PLM, IoT, Application Development, etc
**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of Sales, Business Development or Pre-sales Consultancy experience with MOM solutions
- Strong knowledge on production management, lean manufacturing, quality management and supply chain disciplines and techniques
- Current or previous experience and knowledge in Automotive & Transportation industries; Discrete Manufacturing; F&B; CPG; Metals & Mining industry
- Experience with automation architecture and shop-floor connectivity.
- Desirable practical experience on implementing and deploying MOM solutions in the shop-floor.
- Trusted as independent capable within new or existing customers at various organizational levels
- Consultancy background and Industry Value Advisor skills are a plus with proven experience
- BS/Computer Science/Engineering degree required
- Proven presentation development skills required with experience presenting to mid/upper-level management as well technical users
- Be available to travel 30% to 50% of the time
- Advanced English skills
**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**
- Multi software-solution and multi-industry experience is a plus
- Software Development and Project Implementation methodologies
- MBA Preferred
- Spanish as a third language is a plus
