Partial work-from-home flexibility is available.QualificationsSales and negotiation skills, including experience in B2B sales and client relationship management Technical knowledge of cutting tools and industrial applications Excellent communication and presentation skills Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities Self-motivation, goal-oriented attitude, and ability to work independently Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese; knowledge of English is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
