Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate specializing in cutting tools for the B2B market, located in São Paulo, SP. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, demonstrating product benefits, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and providing exceptional customer service. Partial work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Technical knowledge of cutting tools and industrial applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented attitude, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese;
knowledge of English isa plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
