Qual será sua missão aqui na Macfor?

  • Contribuir diretamente com os resultados dos clientes, através de campanhas de mídia paga;
  • Identificar e implementar oportunidades de otimização semanalmente;
  • Implementar processos de acompanhamento e relatórios de performance semanais, alinhando a equipe a padrões de otimização contínua;     
  • Iniciar treinamentos em técnicas avançadas de growth e mídia paga já no primeiro mês, com ciclos de desenvolvimento trimestrais para ajuste de metas, feedbacks e avaliação de desempenho;      
  • Definir e liderar a implementação de planejamentos mensais e anuais que estejam sempre alinhados aos objetivos de crescimento dos clientes, promovendo um impacto de longo prazo;
  • Integrar e capacitar a equipe nas tecnologias prioritárias, com revisões mensais para adaptação a novas oportunidades e tendências. 

O que estamos buscando na sua posição? 

  • Vivência de 5 anos em agências de performance e marketing digital;
  • Excelente comunicação, organização e capacidade de liderar projetos com múltiplos stakeholders;
  • Visão estratégica para o desenvolvimento e monitoramento de objetivos de negócio, alinhando resultados de receita e aumento de base de clientes;
  • Habilidade em análise de métricas de desempenho e geração de insights para estratégias orientadas por dados;
  • Experiência em otimização de campanhas e análise de dados usando ferramentas como Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio, entre outras;
  • Formação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, ou áreas correlatas; pós-graduação em Marketing Digital ou E-commerce será um diferencial.
