**Learning Analyst 1 (Analista de Conteúdo JR)**

We are seeking for an **Instructional Designer** who will be responsible for the development of content in educational objects following predefined methodology and strategy.
**Main Activities**:
- Develop training content;
- Analyze the technical information necessary for the development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor;
- Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing passed;
- Develop support materials such as: lesson plans, handouts, instructor manual, learning assessment tools and test questions;
- Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in content production for Online/Presential training (mainly online)
- Education in Pedagogy, Letters, Administration, Marketing / Graphic Designer or related areas
- Advanced domain in Office Package (mainly Power Point) and new tools/technologies/IA
- Knowledge in learning solutions, teaching methodologies and Copyright
- Experience with Telecom will be a plus.
- Desirable knowledge in Articulate 360 and Captivate.
