**Descrição do cargo**
Profissional especialista na plataforma ServiceNow que cumpre o papel de desenvolvedor e especialista de suporte na plataforma, com a função de analisar, projetar, desenvolver, iniciar, manter, melhorar e dar suporte aos processos que são suportados por esta plataforma de software de serviço. O profissional pode trabalhar com equipes de consultores/desenvolvedores terceirizados, cuidando para que o desenvolvimento seja feito dentro das melhores práticas recomendadas pela ServiceNow, garantindo que a solução possa avançar em sua função de ser uma plataforma central da empresa.
Deveres relacionados ao trabalho:
- Aplica métodos e técnicas de engenharia de software ao projeto, desenvolvimento, integração, qualificação e/ou suporte de soluções implementadas no ServiceNow. Trabalhar de forma independente ou cooperativa como membro de uma equipe sob a direção do líder ou gerente da equipe do projeto.
- Liderar e concluir todos os aspectos técnicos e entrega de soluções de ferramentas, incluindo configuração da interface do usuário do aplicativo, configuração do fluxo de trabalho, desenvolvimento de relatórios específicos do cliente necessários, desenvolvimento de requisitos de componentes de integração (SSO, LDAP, etc.).
- Projeto, desenvolvimento, manutenção, administração e melhoria contínua de soluções de negócios de gerenciamento de serviços de TI na ServiceNow
- Avaliar e relatar novas tecnologias ServiceNow para aprimorar os recursos de serviços virtualizados e baseados em nuvem.
- Conhecimento dos módulos ServiceNow ITSM e ITBM/SPM.
- Experiência em projetos de integração do ServiceNow com outras plataformas.
**Qualificações**
- Inglês e espanhol intermediário
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento na plataforma ServiceNow, incluindo o uso de scripts, configuração da plataforma, design e implementação.
- Desenvolvimento de aplicativos customizados na plataforma ServiceNow, incluindo Custom UI Pages e conteúdo no CMS.
- Experiência trabalhando ou desenvolvendo com Javascript, CSS, Angular, Ajax, HTML
