Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Full-Cycle Account Executive. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in the SaaS industry to drive growth and success. About the Role: As a Full-Cycle Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, running discovery, doing demos, and closing deals with our target market. You will build segmented lead lists and sequences, log clean notes, share weekly insights, and surface cross-sell opportunities. You will drive a close plan on every late-stage opportunity, ensuring timely completion and meeting revenue targets. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills for U.S. prospect calls. Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS BDR/AE, preferably in the U.S. SMB/mid-market sector. Proven hunter chops: list building, smart personalization, tight copy, disciplined follow-up. Benefits: PJ contractor status with flexible work arrangements. Competitive compensation package (uncapped, paid on cash collected) including base salary, commission, and accelerators. Biweekly payouts and performance-based bonuses. Tools and Technology: HubSpot, Apollo or similar CRM platforms. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, Calendly, Google Workspace. Interview Process: Introductory screen: product pitch and quick funnel/OTE math discussion. Skills gauntlet: cold-call opener, discovery, and narrative demo. Deal deep-dive with optional paid micro-trial if mutually beneficial.
