The Head of Professional Services will create and lead the Professional Services business unit from 0→1, building the strategy, processes, and methodologies, and ensuring all projects are delivered with quality and on time, supporting BotCity s aggressive growth plans. The ideal candidate has a robust experience in the technical services space, setting the strategy and leading deals, with a proven track record of delivering projects, including working with global team members. This person is also motivated to build and scale new businesses while navigating ambiguous and challenging contexts, as well as capable of hiring and mentoring a great team of Delivery Managers and other professionals.  Responsibilities Build and scale the Professional Services vertical, including strategy, P&L ownership, and repeatable frameworks, methodologies, and governance. Partner with Sales to identify opportunities, scope engagements, negotiate contracts, and close professional services deals with senior stakeholders. Ensure successful execution of all consulting and automation implementation projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing services team (Delivery Managers included), capable of managing multiple complex projects across industries and geographies. Act as a thought partner and develop long-term relationships at the executive level for customers, especially for enterprise accounts. Partner with BotCity’s Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize customer value and create long-term partnerships. Define and execute BotCity’s Professional Services growth plan, informed by data, market analysis, and competitive landscape. Own the financial performance of the Professional Services unit, including forecasting, revenue targets, and profitability. Requisitos:Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. Robust experience (7+ years) in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise solution delivery. Proven track record of leading technical consulting projects end-to-end (commercial negotiation, delivery, and customer success) on time and within budget. Strong experience building and/or scaling new business units in ambiguous contexts. Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects with multinational clients, with the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. Build, inspire, and manage teams in charge of delivering and overseeing projects. Experience in the automation, RPA, or intelligent automation space. Ability to travel as needed to events, conferences, and team meetings. Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion. Experience with Project Management and Agile methodologies. English - Fluent.  Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Experience leading international teams or projects across multiple geographies. Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment. Python knowledge or coding experience. Spanish - Advanced. #professionalservices #RPA #automation #head
