**Hardware Asset Management Role Overview** This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement to disposal. Key responsibilities include: The implementation and maintenance of hardware asset management processes using the ServiceNow platform. E nsuring the integrity and accuracy of asset data in the CMDB, including construction of inventories, correction of relationships within the CMDB and creation of dashboards dedicated to HAM. Integrating inventory tools with ServiceNow. Developing and configuring workflows, business rules and reports in the HAM module. Supporting internal and external audits with reliable asset information. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless asset management. Experience with ServiceNow, especially in the ITAM/HAM module, and solid knowledge in CMDB and ITIL processes are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
