Conduct in-depth market research, benchmarking competitors, regulatory frameworks, pricing strategies, and mobility trends. Develop analytical models and dashboards to track KPIs such as availability, booking performance, NPS, complaints and SLA resolution, financial compliance, and commission flows. Translate complex data into strategic insights for internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Growth teams) and external partners. Prepare detailed performance reviews and market reports to support decision-making, ensuring partners receive structured and data-driven recommendations. Support the evaluation and integration of new partners by analyzing commercial potential, financial health, and operational readiness. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design experiments, measure outcomes, and propose process improvements to increase competitiveness in global markets. Identify risks (operational, financial, regulatory) and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to management. Assist in the governance of commercial processes, ensuring consistency in partner data, financial controls, and reporting standards across multiple countries. Provide support for internal projects focused on efficiency, automation, and international expansion.
