Product Specialist, AWM

The Smith+Nephew Product Specialist , AWM in collaboration with the AWM Team you'll be responsible for Work on the development of the entire portfolio of wound care products in Brazil.

What will you be doing?

• Work on the development of the entire portfolio of wound care products
• Interface and follow-up of processes with regulatory, compliance and medical education areas
• Development and approval of promotional product materials
• Creation of practical and theoretical classes on the products of the line
• Apply product training to all stakeholders (team, distributors, customers, etc.)
• Validate product content in marketing initiatives
• Project management and product launches. Identify and explore opportunities for new projects for product development
• Development of new projects and training in partnership with the commercial team
• Coordination of the training agenda in different regions
• Organization of product content and participation in events (congresses, fairs, exhibitions, symposium, sponsorships, on-site training)
• Development of clinical cases
• Studies and positioning of products
• Control of training materials (mannequins, samples, promotional and support materials)
• Interface with the global and LatAm team to understand product technologies and local applications
• Analyze KPYs and the results of training
• Track the sales force in field activities, aiming to improve training and contribute to the direction and support to representatives in generating demand

What you will need?

Complete graduation in the health area (preferably in nursing)

Extensive experience in the medical device segment

Experience in marketing and product development

Knowledge in training tools and methodologies

Advanced English and/or Spanish

Specializations will be a differential
