The Impact You’ll Make in this Role In this strategic role, you will shape channel strategies and lead commercial performance, ensuring sustainable success across the business. Your mission is to accelerate growth by exceeding targets for sales, profitability, and working capital, while fostering strong partnerships and unlocking new opportunities. You will empower strategic partners, strengthen collaboration with cross‑functional teams in Brazil and Latin America, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable impact and long‑term value. Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with distributors and dealers, lead their operations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, clinical, operations) to deliver impactful initiatives and accelerate growth. Define clear strategies and priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure your team and partners achieve outstanding results across designated clients, regions, and product lines. Lead the channel sales team, inspire and guide them to deliver exceptional performance and exceed ambitious targets. Unlock market and product opportunities, expand distribution coverage, optimize partner performance, and leverage insights to surpass sales and growth objectives. Drive demand generation and digital transformation, strengthen customer relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, and advance eCommerce and digital enablement. Ensure operational excellence, oversee POS implementation, inventory management, compliance training, and coach distributor teams for peak performance. Lead with insight and collaboration, gather market intelligence, anticipate trends, resolve complex challenges, and foster proactive engagement across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience managing multiple distributors/sales teams. Expertise with CRM systems, sales reporting, order systems, ERP systems/transformation, and point‑of‑sales data. Skilled in channel sales management, contract negotiation, and effective communication. Experience in creation and deployment of policies. English and Spanish command in both written and oral. Additional Qualifications MBA Previous experience in the dental industry highly valued. Proven experience in leading sales teams within healthcare or consumer goods markets. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Strong problem‑solving, leadership, persuasion, and integrity. Strong data analysis skill set and management of processes. Business leader in developing new markets and forming new strategic alliances. Work Location Preferably reside in the São Paulo or Campinas metropolitan area. Travel +60% of working time.
