**Sumary**:
Oversee the day to day operational workflow and deliverables of the LATAM Regional team. Conducts a wide variety of complex assignments within the area of responsibility to include direct incident response/emergency preparedness activities. Conducts in-depth research and analysis to support the risk and security framework of the organization while driving the implementation of additional security controls across the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as primary point of escalation in the LATAM region for any matters reported into GEOC;
- Manage broad & complex regional and global incidents, emergency notification systems, escalation notifications and help coordinate follow-up actions across a dispersed team during emergencies and major business interruptions;
Participate in 24/7/365 coverage, backfilling vacant shift slots as needed;
Prepare and distribute timely situational and intelligence reports to various business lines and stakeholders across the enterprise;
- Monitor intelligence activity and supporting intelligence assessments to determine potential risks and threats to the business;
- Assist in the establishment of methodologies to solve analytical problems when raw unfinished data contain information gaps and require validation;
- Deliver metrics and measurements supporting program evolution and validation as needed;
- Build partnerships with other internal stakeholders and private/public sector entities responsible for threat related operations, threat monitoring, crisis management and response;
- Manage the regional execution of GEOC engagements and service level agreements for various stakeholder groups across the LATAM region, ensuring processes are followed, objectives achieved, and quality delivered.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of experience in an incident, emergency response, or operations watch officer role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and translate Emergency and Security response practices to Senior Leaders in a corporate environment;
- Prior analytical experience related to security operations capacity or relevant experience in large, complex environments;
- Self-motivated and independent operator with the ability and maturity to make decisions in the absence of detailed institutions and operate in fast paced and dynamic settings;
- Excellent project management skills and experience and the ability to coordinate several projects and lead contributors simultaneously to execute daily duties with mínimal supervision;
- Administer and support the delivery of business and employee crisis response and emergency communication activities.
**Key Competences**:
- Knowledge of corporate emergency management and security operations strategies;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or other database manipulation tools;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking.
