Information Technology Manager

Overview Information Technology Manager role at LEDN. LEDN is a global financial services company focused on digital assets, offering lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries. We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The role involves supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. The right candidate will be passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and will participate in the design, implementation and management of LEDN\'s growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks. The role reports to the Director of IT and is customer-facing, serving as the first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira, etc. Responsibilities Provide outstanding IT support to employees and manage help desk activities (Slack, Jira, etc.). Procuring and delivering technology equipment and managing tech onboarding for new employees, plus tech retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf). Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta); craft help articles and automate routine tasks. Manage, respond to and resolve critical incidents; prioritize tickets and balance work across projects and sprints (Jira, agile methods). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API and system integration skills. Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; experience shipping and receiving hardware and handling customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in documenting solutions, tickets, emails and Slack messages; strong customer-facing communication. Security-aware mindset; understanding of PGP and basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); ability to troubleshoot methodically across OSI layers. Self-management skills with the ability to scope projects, prioritize work, and collaborate across teams. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; relevant certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).
