The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will combine innovation and creative problem solving with adaptability to the ever-changing enterprise infrastructure landscape. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who seeks a supportive environment to grow their IT skills and expertise. This role reports to the Director of IT. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; knowledge of APIs and system integration. Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and calmly. Strong ability to craft clear tickets, emails, and Slack messages; maintain documentation and knowledge articles. You write in a clear, friendly, and concise manner, are sensitive to different cultures, and are committed to providing a magical experience for others. You understand security concepts (PGP, OSI model) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching). You can self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make decisions with limited data. Strong organizational and task-management skills. Ability to work in a remote environment. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS. Experience using GAM and command-line interfaces to improve efficiency. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
