Role Overview This full‑time managerial role is part of our Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. You will own end‑user support, endpoint management, identity automation, and cloud‑based IT systems. Working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and HR, you will design, implement, and maintain our corporate cloud infrastructure and network. Responsibilities Serve as the first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Provision and manage technology equipment and onboarding for new hires. Maintain and improve SaaS applications – Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite, and Jamf services. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (Jamf, MDM, EMM). Automate processes using bash, zsh, Python, and open‑source scripts. Integrate SSO and IDP tools such as Okta with applications like Google Workspace. Document solutions, write help articles, and respond to critical incidents. Plan and execute IT projects using agile methods and Jira sprints. Align technical initiatives with company objectives and set measurable outcomes. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Strong scripting skills in bash, zsh, Python; familiarity with open‑source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Experience with API integration and SSO workflows. Remote support experience across multiple time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching). Ability to troubleshoot OSI layers methodically. Self‑management, prioritization, and collaboration across diverse cultures. Nice to have: familiarity with AWS environments, JAMF/Okta/Google Workspace certifications. Benefits Competitive total rewards package with equity opportunities.
