Overview Employer Industry: Environmental Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $105,000 per year 15% annual bonus based on salary 401k match and tuition reimbursement 20 days of paid time off (4 weeks) and additional volunteer PTO Flexible work environment with the option for remote work Supportive employer focusing on professional development and mentorship Responsibilities Oversee all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects, including assessment, remediation, design, and construction Advise clients and municipalities on available redevelopment incentives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, scientists, planners, and contractors Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and maintain schedules for timely project delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of project management experience At least 10 years of experience in Brownfield redevelopment and/or environmental remediation Proven expertise in Phase I and II environmental site assessments and regulatory compliance Experience with grants and incentives within Brownfield Redevelopment Preferred Qualifications Experience in redevelopment incentives Project management certification Advanced knowledge in environmental engineering and science Familiarity with environmental remediation technologies Strong business development skills #EnvironmentalServices #ProjectManagement #BrownfieldRedevelopment #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
