Overview Employer Industry: Telecommunications Infrastructure Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $134,700 annually Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off policy, including paid parental leave Retirement 401(k) savings plan Potential participation in discretionary annual incentive plans based on performance Responsibilities Direct long haul implementation programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer commitments Manage a team of project managers to effectively execute scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent projects Conduct route feasibility studies and assess requirements to de-risk projects early Develop and maintain master project schedules with clear milestones, driving accountability and timely delivery Oversee RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract execution to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA or equivalent business acumen strongly preferred Minimum of eight (8) years of OSP project/program management experience with proven leadership of large, complex projects Strong background in permitting, regulatory compliance, and managing multi-jurisdictional builds Deep knowledge of OSP construction methods, fiber specifications, and optical transport network design Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and project management tools Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and schedules Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects, including periods of significant travel at critical phases Valid driver\'s license with a clean record #Telecommunications #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #HealthBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
