We invite a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong understanding of the Scrum Master role to join our team.
You'll guide a newly formed mobile development team as they adapt a successful POS system to a new market, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.

3+ years of project management experience with strong knowledge of PM theory and toolsStrong people management and team facilitation skillsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skillsProficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volumeExcellent reporting skills and hands-on experienceSolid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum eventsAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt, follow instructions, and take guidanceOpen-minded, stakeholder-oriented, and friendly approachUpper-Intermediate English levelDesirable:Knowledge of Statement of Work (SOW) processes and documentationExperience with budget planningKey Responsibilities And Your ContributionIn this role, you'll coordinate a mobile development team adapting a POS system to a new market.
You'll apply your expertise to align team activities with project goals, provide effective people management, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team in Scrum practicesConduct 1-on-1s and provide support to team membersManage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure successful project deliveryTrack project progress and metrics, ensuring effective reportingAdjust team priorities based on task estimation and stakeholder feedbackWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignmentPromote open and transparent communication within the teamKeep project documentation organized and up-to-dateSupport alignment of team activities with project scope, deliverables, and goals as outlined in the SOWAssist with budget planning and resource allocation as needed What's working at Dev.Pro like?
