Is that you?3 years of experience as a Project ManagerSolid understanding of Agile practices (Scrum) and experience facilitating ceremoniesProficiency in project management theory, key tools, and frameworksStrong skills in planning, execution, delivery, and risk managementProven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and change requests Upper-Intermediate+ English level with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience building strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and clientsDemonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skillsDesirable:Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple time zonesExperience working within SAFe environmentsFormal certifications in Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks??Key responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, while driving collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.Drive Agile projects using and/or SAFe to ensure successful deliveryFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in Agile best practicesPlan, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and change requestsIdentify and mitigate project risks and blockers proactivelyCommunicate updates, challenges, and risks clearly to stakeholdersProactively identify and mitigate potential project risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, data engineers, architects, and other PMsManage team capacity and allocate resources effectivelyMaintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation??
