Project Manager II page is loaded## Project Manager IIremote type: Hybridlocations: São Bernardo Do Campotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: November 28, **** (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: R*********Project Manager II**This position is **hybrid** model in our **São Bernardo do Campo** unit.**Position Summary**Reporting directly to the Domain Director and having a matrix report to the Head of PMO, the mission is to coordinate and lead medium-sized programs and projects of medium to high complexity, in a clear and objective manner, seeking to ensure that the products/services are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Client and the Company, aligned with the expected cost, schedule, and performance of the Company, taking into account the satisfaction of both internal and external clients, until the conclusion of the contract and the activities related to its formal completion.This position will also have a role as Bid Manager, at Bid department.**Key Areas of Responsibility*** Representing the company to Clients and partner companies in the project;* Managing customer relations (information, supply, revisions, contract amendments, complaints, etc.), making sure that all contractual requirements are met in order to ensure customer satisfaction;* Evaluating the main aspects of the project, determining the main objectives to be achieved, organizing the project planning (schedule, dashboard, forecast, etc.) and presenting it during the project kick-off meeting;* Manages cross-functional projects by identifying critical points, risks, strategy and prioritizing team efforts as necessary;* Organizes the project team and resources by identifying necessary knowledge and skills;* Must work closely with functional management to determine budget requirements and resource needs for projects;* Execute project deliverables;* Hold regular project monitoring meetings, with the participation of representatives from the company's operational areas (Core Team);
