About the Role This role is pivotal in arranging individual service components and maintaining relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Service Coordination: Book and confirm individual travel components, including guides, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other related services. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and accurate service delivery. Booking Management: Oversee and manage client bookings, ensuring all details are accurate, up-to-date, and meet client expectations. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve booking-related issues promptly by liaising with suppliers and clients if required. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of bookings, communications, and confirmations in a travel management system. Quality Assurance: Verify accuracy of itineraries and services to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Prior experience in travel operations, coordination, or a related field. Strong understanding of travel components, such as hotels, tours, and transportation. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Requirements: Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Own desktop computer or laptop + second screen High-speed internet Smartphone for supplier communication Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with luxury or custom travel itineraries. Knowledge of industry trends and supplier networks. A knowledge of New York, Washington DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Charleston, and/or Savannah.
