We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our actuarial division during a transformative phase. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance and data analysis, who can distill complex information into actionable decisions that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Embed analytics into strategic decision-making and portfolio oversight, championing the company's vision. Build and lead a high-performing analytics team from scratch, aligned with evolving business priorities. Develop scalable processes and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of insights. Partner directly with executive leadership to define key performance indicators, shape business strategy, and deliver actionable recommendations. Drive time-sensitive initiatives with precision, ensuring insights are timely and relevant to business needs. Prioritize and translate complex data into clear guidance that supports measurable outcomes across portfolios. Utilize data to identify growth opportunities, resolve business challenges, and optimize portfolio performance. Oversight the development and deployment of predictive models and AI tools, ensuring alignment with business goals. Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics. Prior experience in Insurance. Advanced SQL and Python skills for data modeling, forecasting, and auditing. Strong proficiency in Power BI (Data Visualization). Ability to convey complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. Solid foundation in data science and analytics methodologies. Familiarity with metrics such as GWP, NB, Retention Rate, Win Rate, Loss Ratio, PIF, and more. Fluent in English (will be tested). Why This Role?
