Job Description Sin We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our team as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring strategic decision-making. The Head of FP&A will be responsible for leading the overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, managing financial reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in financial leadership roles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and long-range forecasts. Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for executive management and other stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis on financial performance and identify key trends, opportunities, and risks. Collaborate with accounting and controllership teams to ensure accurate financial data consolidation and reporting. Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA degree highly desirable. 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), public accounting, investment banking, or private equity. A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing a team of financial professionals. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear and concise insights for non-financial stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
