**Position Overview**:We’re looking for a versatile and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across digital channels. This role is critical to maintaining the quality and consistency of our creative output, especially as we expand our capabilities and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.As a key member of the creative team, you’ll take ownership of BAU (business-as-usual) design tasks and contribute to various marketing and brand initiatives. This role will support the wider team by allowing more bandwidth for strategic creative projects, ensuring the continued growth and visibility of our brand.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support day-to-day design needs (BAU) across the business while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet project goals and timelines.- Assist in upholding and evolving our brand guidelines across all design outputs.- Efficiently manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.- Contribute to team processes and workflows to ensure smooth creative delivery.- Explore and incorporate AI-generated design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney) to enhance productivity and innovation.**Requirements**:- Experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Gen AI tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, etc.- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Figma would be ideal- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design experience and brand storytelling.- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of digital design trends, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.- Excellent time management and communication skills.- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to team success.- The above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
