Endpoint Engineering Professional

We are seeking an experienced endpoint engineer to join our organization in maintaining and securing corporate devices worldwide.

  • Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.
  • Develop automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
  • Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.
  • Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in endpoint management.
  • Proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
  • Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Note: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest endpoint management technologies and best practices.

Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity with cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
