In this role, you'll lead the charge during recovery and restoration efforts, ensuring that progress is communicated effectively to stakeholders, from management to customer-facing teams. You'll track each action with precision, applying your diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently. When urgent or emergency changes are needed, you'll guide the team through expedited change management processes, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly and smoothly. Your role is not just about solving technical problems – it's about leading teams through challenges, driving innovation, and shaping the future of IT solutions for our customers.This professional will be responsible for administering and enhancing the IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of services provided to users.Key responsibilities include managing the SCCM environment, such as deploying operating systems, applications, and updates, as well as managing collections, packages, scripts, and compliance policies. The role also involves automating administrative tasks using PowerShell and VBScript, developing scripts, and performing troubleshooting to adjust systems and applications.The analyst will be responsible for monitoring and applying security updates through WSUS integrated with SCCM, as well as identifying and resolving issues on workstations and servers.
