Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned accountant to join our U.S. client's finance and accounting organization. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's financial operations, working with various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounting. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in GAAP accounting and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and work independently or as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy taking on new challenges and contributing to a fast-paced dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting functions including journal entries, accruals, A/R, A/P, and account reconciliations. Prepare sales tax and payroll. Assist with financial and SOC audits. Generate financial statements. Conduct cash management, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Excellent English verbal and written skills. 4+ years of accounting experience. GAAP proficiency. Experience with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve effectively. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), one floating day, three sick days, and designated national holidays.
