Job Opportunity: System Operations Specialist System Operation Status Monitoring: Monitor and record core system operation indicators through a web-based interface, ensuring timely identification of anomalies. When issues arise, adhere to standardized operating procedures for initial resolution. Escalate unresolved matters to specialized teams for further support. Regularly inspect base station status and perform fault diagnosis using automated tools. Compile and distribute daily fault reports to regional experts via email. Handle reported faults in accordance with established protocols, escalating unresolved cases as necessary. Provide prompt technical assistance to NRTK specialists and users, responding within 30 minutes to ensure seamless service continuity. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles, after-sales support, or technical assistance positions is essential. Proficiency in English language reading and writing skills is mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and email management, is required. Previous experience in software operations and maintenance is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: This role requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
