Global Control Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Global Control Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring and troubleshooting our automated machinery at hatcheries across the globe. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Main Responsibilities: Remotely monitor TARGAN systems via cloud dashboards, PLC access, and on-machine interfaces. Provide real-time technical support to field technicians via Teams and other communication tools. Analyze hatchery performance data and participate in weekly global team meetings to share insights and best practices. Serve as part of the escalation process when issues impact customer operations, coordinating with internal engineering teams. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Fluent English language skills and at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Thai). 3–5+ years of experience in engineering support or industrial automation; equivalent hands-on experience considered. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
