Join to apply for the PMO Specialist (Betnacional & Betfair) role at Flutter Brazil Overview of the Role The PMO role acts as the central pillar of organization, governance, and prioritization for the Brand Experience & Sponsorships area. Their role is to ensure fluidity, predictability, and control over all fronts that make up the ecosystem: Operations, Ambassadors, Clubs, Sports Strategy, and Production. This professional ensures that each demand, strategic or operational, is mapped, structured, prioritized, and monitored, allowing Managers and Specialists to execute with clarity and efficiency. They act as a direct link to the Marketing Operations & Ambassadors Manager in project management, financial control, compliance, governance rituals, and KPI monitoring. Responsibilities Consolidate all demands from the Brand Experience fronts into a single, organized pipeline; Establish prioritization criteria and urgency levels in alignment with the Marketing Operations & Ambassadors Manager; Monitor the operational capacity of the teams and redistribute efforts as needed; Structure flows, rituals, and documentation that ensure efficiency and standardization of the operation; Create templates and checklists for squads (Clubs, Sports, Ambassadors, Production, Operations); Ensure compliance with internal policies (financial, contractual, and legal); Plan and monitor end‑to‑end projects: scope, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; Facilitate integration between internal areas (Legal, Finance, Media, Creative) and external areas (agencies, suppliers); Conduct follow‑up meetings, follow‑ups, and status committees; Consolidate financial information from all areas: CAPEX, OPEX, forecasts, and actual figures; Standardize requisition, registration, contract, and payment processes; Support the Marketing Operations & Ambassadors Manager with efficiency and budget health reports; Create dashboards and executive reports with indicators by area (Ambassadors, Clubs, Sports, Production); Establish metrics for monitoring the operation and delivery of squads; Ensure that management has a clear view of status, risks, and results; Act as an organizational liaison between different areas; Anticipate bottlenecks, operational risks, and agenda impacts; Connect strategic planning to the daily execution of teams. Requirements Previous experience in PMO, project management, marketing operations, or consulting; Proficiency in project management methodologies (agile and waterfall); Proficiency in workflow tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion, Jira); Excellent analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets; Experience with financial processes, requisitions, contracts, and compliance; Intermediate/advanced English for corporate reports and interactions. Work Model Hybrid in São Paulo/SP with considerable flexibility. There is no set number of days for commuting to the offices. The employment model can be either CLT or PJ.
