Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations in Brazil. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive efficient, safe, and high-quality production of assembled products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of excellence by ensuring that all operational activities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase competitiveness.
  • Lead a team of functional managers across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Administration.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
