As a professional sourcer with a boutique legal firm, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent for law firms and corporate clients. You will develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and partners to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Sourcing: Utilize effective strategies to identify and contact potential candidates through various channels.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates, partners, and clients to drive successful placements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English required.
  • Proven track record in recruitment or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
