Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Travel Operations Coordinator to oversee seamless travel experiences for clients. This role involves coordinating individual service components, managing bookings with suppliers, and ensuring timely communication. Main Responsibilities: Book and confirm individual travel components, including guides, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other related services. Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure accurate service delivery. Booking Management: Oversee and manage client bookings, ensuring all details are up-to-date and meet client expectations. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve booking-related issues promptly by liaising with suppliers and clients if required. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of bookings, communications, and confirmations in our travel management system. Quality Control: Verify accuracy of itineraries and services to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align on client requirements and deliver exceptional experiences. About the Role: This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel coordination, supplier management, and customer service.
