Public Relations Representative

**The Public Relations Representative will support Fortinet's corporate communication initiatives in Brazil through engagement with Fortinet executives **and media outlets, as well as assistance in social media and internal marketing communications as a part of the role.**Responsibilities**:- **Draft, edit, translate, and localize press releases and by-line articles in accordance with company messaging and editorial guidelines.**:- **Support in execution of PR plan **in coordination with regional team, and partnering with Sales and Field Marketing teams.- **Execute **a variety of **media **pitches including tech, business, local, and vertical and **across media types including blogs, online **, print and **broadcast.**:- **Support **in coordination of **Corporate Social Responsibility **initiatives in Brazil.**Qualifications**- Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Communications degree.- Two years of experience in similar positions.- Portuguese native, English skills required.- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.- Good knowledge and relationship with the press media in Brazil.**Key Traits**- Analytical, detail oriented, with superior problem-solving skills.- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results.- Team-oriented and focused on objectives.- Good written and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with executives.- Ability to hit deadlines and deliver results in a very fast-paced and often changing environment.
