Overview

About the Role – We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management function, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in Supply Chain Management processes to ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
  • Lead/participate in SCM processes such as accreditation, sourcing, preparation of selection packs, pre-bidding, quote/bid evaluation, and recommendation.
  • Manage supplier purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery from approved sources and conformity to policies and standards.
  • Assist with planning and buying inventory or stock items to avoid equipment shutdowns.
Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships and evaluate bids.
