OPORTUNIDADE para SAP Project Manager – Global Governance & AMS (Bilíngue)

A Stefanini LATAM está em busca de um(a) Gerente de Projetos SAP para atuar em nossos projetos internacionais, apoiando diretamente a Diretoria de SAP na governança e gestão de iniciativas estratégicas com clientes nos EUA e Europa.

Este(a) profissional será o elo entre Vendas, Delivery e Cliente, garantindo que expectativas, requisitos e entregas estejam sempre alinhados. Atuará inicialmente em um projeto SAP AMS com um novo cliente em Dallas, além de apoiar outros programas em andamento.

Local: Aberto a profissionais de toda LATAM

Modelo: Remoto (com possibilidade de deslocamentos presenciais para workshops e reuniões)

Duração: Full-time 160h (contrato de longo prazo)

Contrato PJ / contractor via Deel

Necessário: Inglês fluente

Principais Responsabilidades
  • Garantir governança de SLAs, métricas de incidentes e condução de reuniões operacionais
  • Gerenciar múltiplos projetos de melhorias e mudanças menores (planejamento, escopo, orçamento e riscos)
  • Assegurar conformidade com ITIL, SOX, GDPR e padrões internos
  • Liderar equipe onshore / offshore e coordenar fornecedores externos
  • Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria contínua e otimização de performance
Requisitos obrigatórios

Forte experiência em gestão de projetos de TI, sendo pelo menos 3 anos na gestão de projetos SAP.

Experiência prática em pelo menos 2 áreas funcionais SAP (FI / CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, BW, etc.)

Conhecimento em SAP Activate, ASAP e metodologias Ágeis

Experiência com ITSM e ITIL V4 (certificação desejável)

Familiaridade com ferramentas como SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM, JIRA ou Azure DevOps

Fluência em Inglês (requisito essencial)

Certificações desejadas
  • PMP, PRINCE2 ou equivalente
  • Certificação SAP S / 4HANA em módulo funcional

  • Liderança em equipes multiculturais e distribuídas
