We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Game Engineer to join Wildlife's Marketing Art team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Senior Engineer on the Playables Team, you will be responsible for developing playable ads that attract millions of new users, mentoring junior engineers, leading technical initiatives, and improving frameworks and processes.

You will shape the technical strategy of our Playables production pipeline, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and creative interactive ads across platforms.

What you'll do
  • Develop high-quality playable ads that set industry benchmarks.
  • Provide updates on tasks and inform stakeholders of risks.
  • Design and implement reusable frameworks, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with artists, creative directors, marketing, and data analysts to align technical and creative goals.
  • Drive innovation and challenge the status quo within the team.
  • Communicate effectively to foster a collaborative environment.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of shaders and experience with WebGL/WebGPU.
  • Understanding of game design principles.
  • Ability to design scalable architectures and create reusable components.
  • Experience in game industry and development.
  • Proven leadership in technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skills in resource optimization for graphics, sounds, and models.
