2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Partnership Development Specialist(汽配行业,巴西) Core Job Information (Chinese) 工作地点:巴西・圣保罗 薪资范围:25-40 万人民币 / 年(含固定底薪、各项补贴及销售提成) 汇报对象:巴西国家负责人 合同签订:与中国集团公司签订,福利保障完善 工作许可:需持有巴西有效工作许可 Core Job Information (English) Work Location: São Paulo, Brazil Salary Range: 250,000-400,000 RMB/year (including fixed base salary, allowances and sales commission) Reporting To: Brazil Country Director Employment Contract: Signed with the Chinese group company, with comprehensive welfare guarantees Work Authorization: Must hold valid work authorization in Brazil Job Responsibilities (Chinese) 开展巴西汽配后市场的市场调研与行业趋势分析,跟踪政策变化及市场动态,为区域业务布局提供数据支撑; 对接巴西汽配行业企业客户(含汽修连锁、汽配经销商、车队运营方等),负责合作洽谈与长期关系维护; 了解客户采购需求及业务痛点,协调内部产品、供应链团队,落地适配性供应解决方案; 负责业务沟通至合同签订的全流程管理,达成区域合作目标及回款指标,保障客户留存稳定; 收集巴西本地竞品信息及行业竞争格局,为公司区域战略优化提供参考。 Job Responsibilities (English) Conduct market research and industry trend analysis in Brazil's auto parts aftermarket, track policy changes and market dynamics, and provide data support for regional business layout; Engage with corporate clients in Brazil's auto parts industry (including auto repair chains, auto parts distributors, fleet operators, etc.), responsible for cooperation negotiations and long-term relationship maintenance; Understand clients' procurement needs and business pain points, coordinate internal product and supply chain teams to implement adaptive supply solutions; Manage the entire process from business communication to contract signing, achieve regional cooperation targets and payment collection indicators, and maintain stable customer retention; Collect local competitor information and industry competitive landscape in Brazil, and provide reference for the company's regional strategy optimization. Requirements (Chinese) 本科及以上学历,专业不限,身体健康,能适应本地工作节奏; 语言能力:葡萄牙语精通(听说读写流利,可作为工作语言),英语流利者优先; 经验要求:3 年及以上巴西地区企业级客户合作相关经验,有汽配、汽车后市场或相关行业从业经历者优先; 能力要求:熟悉巴西商业文化及相关法律法规,具备商务谈判、客户需求对接及跨部门协调能力; 具备良好的沟通表达能力、执行力及结果导向意识,能独立完成业务推进。 Requirements (English) Bachelor's degree or above, no restriction on major, good physical condition, able to adapt to the local work rhythm; Language Ability: Proficient in Portuguese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, usable as working language); fluent in English is preferred; Experience Requirement: 3 years and above of experience in cooperating with corporate clients in Brazil; experience in auto parts, automotive aftermarket or related industries is preferred; Ability Requirement: Familiar with Brazilian business culture and relevant laws and regulations, with skills in business negotiation, client demand docking and cross-departmental coordination; Possess good communication skills, execution ability and result-oriented awareness, able to independently promote business progress.
