II. 工作职责

• 开展巴西汽配后市场深度调研与趋势分析,跟踪政策及市场动态,为区域业务布局提供数据支撑
• 对接巴西汽配行业企业客户(汽修连锁、汽配经销商、车队运营方等),主导合作洽谈并维护长期伙伴关系
• 挖掘客户采购需求与业务痛点,协调内部产品、供应链团队,落地定制化供应解决方案
• 负责从业务对接至合同签订的全流程管理,达成区域合作目标及回款指标,保障客户留存率稳定
• 收集巴西本地竞品信息与行业竞争格局,为公司区域战略优化提供参考

• Conduct in-depth market research & trend analysis for Brazil's auto parts aftermarket, track policy updates and market dynamics to inform regional business strategy
• Engage with corporate clients in Brazil's auto parts ecosystem (auto repair chains, parts distributors, fleet operators, etc.) – lead cooperation negotiations and nurture long-term partnerships
• Identify client procurement needs & pain points; coordinate internal product/supply chain teams to deliver tailored supply solutions
• Oversee the full lifecycle from business outreach to contract finalization, hit regional partnership targets & payment collection KPIs, and maintain high client retention
• Gather local competitor insights & industry landscape data to support the optimization of the company's regional strategy

III. 任职要求

• 本科及以上学历(专业不限),身体健康,可适配本地工作节奏
• 语言能力:葡萄牙语精通(可作为工作语言),英语流利者优先
• 经验要求:3 年及以上巴西地区 B2B 客户合作经验,有汽配、汽车后市场相关行业经历者优先
• 能力要求:熟悉巴西商业文化及当地法规,具备商务谈判、客户需求对接及跨部门协调能力
• 职业素养:沟通表达清晰、执行力强、结果导向,可独立推进业务落地

• Bachelor's degree or higher (no major restrictions); physically fit to adapt to local work rhythms
• Language: Native/business-proficient Portuguese (working language); fluent English is a plus
• Experience: 3+ years in B2B client collaboration within Brazil; prior experience in auto parts, automotive aftermarket or related sectors is preferred
• Capabilities: Familiar with Brazilian business culture & relevant regulations; skilled in business negotiation, client needs alignment & cross-departmental coordination
• Mindset: Strong communication, execution & result orientation; able to drive business progress independently
