核心职责


1. 人力资源战略与业务伙伴：

- 深入理解拉美各重点国家（如巴西）的业务战略与挑战，提供前瞻性、可落地的人力资源规划和解方案。

- 作为业务领导团队的顾问，在组织设计、人才管理、领导力发展和变革管理等方面提供专业洞见和决策支持。

- 定期进行组织诊断，提升组织效能，确保组织架构与业务目标的高度协同。


2. 人才招聘与配置：

- 领导拉美巴西区域的全周期招聘工作，为重点和关键岗位制定高效的招聘策略。

- 建立并优化区域招聘渠道和流程，提升招聘效率和候选人体验。

- 确保人才梯队的健康构建，满足业务快速发展对各类人才的需求。


3. 绩效管理与人才发展：

- 主导实施绩效管理体系（如OKR），并确保其在本地得到有效落地和优化。

- 建立区域人才盘点机制，识别高潜人才，制定并推动关键人才的培养、发展和留任计划。

- 设计与业务目标紧密关联的培训发展体系，提升员工整体能力素质。


4. 员工关系与企业文化：

- 营造积极、包容、高绩效的企业文化，提升员工敬业度和组织凝聚力。

- 处理复杂的员工关系问题，确保公司在巴西的雇佣实践完全符合当地法律法规。

- 建立有效的内部沟通机制，确保公司价值观和战略在区域内的有效传递。


5. 薪酬福利与HR运营：

- 管理拉美巴西区域的薪酬福利体系，进行市场薪酬调研，确保薪酬策略在市场上的竞争力与内部的公平性。

- 优化HR运营流程，提升HR服务效率和员工体验。

- 管理与本地PEO（专业雇主组织）或HR外包服务商的合作（如适用）。


6. 合规与风险管理：

- 全面负责巴西的人力资源合规性，包括但不限于劳动法、税务、社保等，规避用工风险。

- 及时更新各国劳动法规政策变化，并对业务进行预警和指导。


任职要求


必备条件：

- 本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理学、心理学或相关专业。

- 10年以上人力资源领域工作经验，其中至少5年以上作为区域HR负责人或高级HRBP，全面负责巴西的人力资源管理工作。

-精通葡萄牙语优先，英语能作为工作语言。

- 对拉美巴西的劳动法、雇佣实践、社保体系和商业文化有深入理解和实操经验。

- 具备在高速增长、多变的创业环境中工作的成功经验，能够处理模糊性和复杂性。

- 出色的沟通、影响和协调能力，能够与不同文化背景的各级员工和业务领导者有效合作。

- 卓越的战略思维和解决问题的能力，能够将业务需求转化为具体的人力资源举措。


优先考虑：

- 有在[您所在的行业，如：科技、互联网、制造业等]公司的工作经验。

- 有从0到1搭建区域HR体系的经验。

- 拥有在复杂跨国公司矩阵式组织结构中工作的经验。
