About Us
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.
What You'll Do
Reporting Supervisor: Head of Country D-end 1. Responsible for the direction of pricing and scheduling of Keeta's distribution business, designing a reasonable pricing plan and scheduling system that meets the local market. 2. Design strategies for different distribution models (crowdsourcing/franchising) and different supply and demand markets, including pricing and scheduling strategies, partner management strategies, and experience control strategies, to maximize distribution efficiency and experience, reach cost targets, and promote scale growth. 3. Complete the design of the distribution model and the construction of the corresponding distribution integration program. 4. Build a national fulfillment delivery strategy team from 0 to 1, and train and motivate the team. 5. Precipitate professional competence in the field and enhance talent development.
What We Need From You
Fulfillment distribution related work experience, with in-depth understanding of pricing scheduling, or partner management, or experience control direction.
