SolidWorks Vault Administrator at Nextracker Inc. The Administrator will be based in Sorocaba, Brazil, 4 days in office, 1 day remote. • Experienced with Solidworks ePDM (Certification recommended)
• Vault management experience, strong knowledge of Solidworks Vault Administration including organization:
  • access control for global team
  • permissions scheme
  • license management
  • control of templates
  • organization and structure of folders and access
  • drive standards in vault PDM management in terms of naming, user policy, user process and more
  • ability to use and deploy plug ins
  • apply best practices and techniques to support teams ease of use
  • train and create process documents around best practices for the team
  • applicable automations
• PLM and Revision Control Management
• Understanding of license management
• Experience creating APIs
• Knowledge making macros within SolidWorks to automate
• Experience performing seamless SolidWorks upgrades
• Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Experience implementing drawing reviews thru SolidWorks Vault
• Self-motivated team player
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team while maintaining self-sufficiency
• Proficient in most common PC based applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PPT, MSProject, and the like)
• Willingness to occasionally travel and work at client sites both domestically and internationally

• Experience with Solar or renewable energy
• Experienced with CAD modeling
• Management experience
• NetSuite, Arena, Miro (Real Time board), Jira, Confluence
• SolidWorks and Arena Integration
