- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
- Intermediate interviewing skills and experience with negotiation techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A creative mindset for talent sourcing using various platforms and tools
- An out-of-the-box outreach strategy to engage passive candidates
- Strong relationship-building skills for long-term candidate engagement
