Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership

• Collaborating with Pillar Leaders to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Building the Right Thing: defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements delivering the needed tools and intelligence to the organization.
• Building the Thing Right: overseeing the development and implementation of platform technologies with IT partners ensuring a high say – do ratio.
• Selling the Thing: ensuring seamless integration and operation of products within the organization from training plans, standard work development, and performance & adoption monitoring.
  

Data Stewardship

• Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks in specified tools.
• Ensuring data consistency and accuracy across all platforms by collaborating closely with the business process owners.
• Collaborating with teams to define data standards and best practices.
• Monitoring and managing data lineage to ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance standards are met.
  

Business Intelligence Leadership

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis to generate insights.
• Driving analytics insights into action by partnering with cross-functional teams to implement data-informed initiatives.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and refine strategies aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Providing market and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
• Segmenting customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Measuring and reporting on performance metrics to track progress and impact.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related Supply Chain field.
• Proven experience in product ownership, data stewardship, and insights generation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies: SQL, PowerBI, AWS.
