About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for architecting and developing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to optimize sales performance and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, business analytics, and commercial operations, with experience leading analytical projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning techniques for sales forecasting, pipeline optimization, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Design and build automated data pipelines and reporting systems using Python, R, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks).
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify analytical opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze and predict sales performance metrics and market trends, delivering actionable insights to sales leadership and management teams.
  • Mentor and guide analytics team members to foster technical skills development in statistical analysis and business intelligence tools.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or commercial analysis roles with increasing responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading analytical projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical programming (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning techniques for business applications.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Databricks) and data visualization best practices.
