Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Business Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced analytics tools and planning systems that connect R&D, operations, and logistics.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in data engineering, business intelligence, and DevOps, with experience working with Azure, agile methodologies, and project management tools.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving digital transformation across the Global Breeding pipeline in R&D.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and expand End-to-End digital systems to automate planning workflows globally.
  • Work closely with scientists and digital/data teams to establish real-time tracking of on-time and complete metrics across regions.
  • Assist in the strategy, requirements, and rollout of new global Long-Range Planning (LRP) tools for all crops to enhance the accuracy of LRP.
  • Develop additional operational IT business workflows with stakeholders for advanced data platforms and analytical methods.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in agronomy, plant science, data science, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • Experience working with Azure, DevOps tools, and agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to efficiently optimize resources for effective project execution.
  • Proficient in tracking project progress and generating comprehensive status reports.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Capacity to approach challenges with both short-term tactical and long-term strategic perspectives.
  • Proven capability to guide teams and ensure successful project execution.
  • Competence in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
