Quality Assurance Specialist in Upstream Oil & Gas Applications We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring the quality and performance of software solutions in upstream oil and gas applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test cases based on acceptance criteria to ensure seamless software functionality. Execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify and validate software performance. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers during sprint planning to align software quality with industry standards. Evaluate and track bugs through resolution, ensuring prompt remediation and minimal downtime. Maintain software quality by adhering to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in QA testing for upstream oil and gas applications. Expertise in developing test cases, executing testing, and tracking bugs. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Familiarity with SDLC and STLC methodologies.
